Open House, Saturday, July 19, 2:00 - 3:30. This is one of my favorite homes of 2025. Nestled amongst mature trees hovering above a road less traveled in the Sunset Hills neighborhood. This traditional Colonial was built with care & quality materials 40 years ago and in recent years changed course and became a "Colonial Modern." The current stewards' aesthetics were a perfect match when they met Matt Jones and Eric Jay of Struct/Restruct. They teamed up to create one of the most beautiful studio additions I've seen. They also designed/built a custom sauna in the backyard. The owners have surrounded them with some of Lawrences' finest tradespeople and services to create a home for not only shelter but pleasure and creativity.
